What is included in remote coaching?!
The beautiful part of remote coaching is it allows everything we do to be comprehensive. Unlike in-person training sessions where time is a limiting factor, remote coaching allows us ample time to dive deep into training, nutrition and overall lifestyle practices, all based around you.
What if I have an injury?
Injuries and limitations are a part of life and one that are very easy to navigate around. With coaching designed specially for you, we will work together to work around your injury to keep you progressing with what you can do. With 24/7 access, we will be able to progress you back to health and then continue beyond, making you more durable to fend off further injuries.
What if i don’t have a lot of time to train?
Everyone has various needs and demands on their schedules. Together, we will work to find a structure that you both enjoy and that is sustainable for this season of life. The best part: As schedules change or evolve, we can progress your training to accommodate your current life!
I’ve never focused on nutrition before. Will this be over my head?
Just like training, the nutritional route we choose is based on you, and you only. For some that might be simple education on what are the most important things to focus on. For others, that could mean tracking food for a period of time with a specific goal in mind. Regardless of where you come in from, we will create an experience that you will be supported through the entire time.
Do i need to have previous training experience in order to do remote coaching?
Absolutely not! Some of my favorite people to work with are those with limited training experience. You don’t have any bad habits we need to break in order to make progress.
Education is super important and anytime I program a movement, there will always be an associated demonstration video breaking down exactly how to perform the movement, the common pitfalls and ways to regress or progress the movement as you evolve. Additionally, you will always have the ability to record yourself performing the movement and send it to me, in which case I will record a feedback video based on what I see!
