I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, adults, and families who are navigating life transitions. I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings, with people who have anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, family conflict, or are looking to improve their general stress levels and health. I also enjoy working with people who are trying to figure out and achieve both short and long term goals in their life. I often work with people who have problems in school, friend groups, family issues, trauma, or chronic mental health concerns.
I have a particular interest in family therapy. Families can run into issues at any time of life and it can often be difficult to have hard conversations and hear each other. I enjoy using the outdoors as mode of therapy and offer walk and talk sessions to assist with the therapeutic process. I am IFS Level 1 trained and incorporate this model into my work.
Becoming a teenager, young adult, or adult can be confusing and difficult. It can be difficult to figure out the best path forward and prioritize what is important for you. It can be challenging for families to figure out how to help and communicate with each other for everyone's success. Let me help you figure out how to move forward.
